Our Intrigue Cancelation Policy:

Late/Cancelations/No Shows 

  • Please contact us 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Call or Text 770-977-3696

  • We certainly understand things come up, and we are happy to reschedule you with your favorite stylist at our earliest convenience.

  • If you have canceled or missed your appointment with no notice two (2) or more times in a six (6) month period,  we will require a credit card to be placed on a secure file before booking your next appointment.

  • Any future appointments that result in a no-show or less than 24-hour cancelation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for your booked service.

  • Please call or text our main number to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment at 770-977-3696.

Service Deposit: 

Effective September 1, 2022. Services booked online or by phone that takes more than 3 hours to perform will require a deposit of $125.00. This deposit will be applied to your final service charge once completed. The deposit is refundable if you need to cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. 

Specialty Color and Perms or Smoothing Services:

Consultation Required!

For services requiring color correction, fashion colors, Perm-Wave Services, or Smoothing Services that require 3 or more hours, we will require a $125.00 deposit towards the booking service. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

*The Front Desk/stylist may request pictures to be texted of current hair and desired results to expedite a potential booking.

Our Intrigue Adjustments Policy: If you are ever unhappy with your hair service (we strive for this to never happen, but we understand it does at times), please, contact us within 7 days of your service appointment for us to determine the best options to adjust your hair so you can love what we do!

Our Intrigue Gratuity and Tipping Policy: We accept tips and have a few choices to offer. You can add a tip to your credit card or use the stylist’s Venmo account during checkout. All of the QR codes are at the front desk, and we also offer an ATM in the salon to withdraw cash for a tip that does include a $2.00 service charge for withdrawals.

Our Intrigue Product Return Policy: If you are not happy with any of your homecare products purchases, please feel free to return them within (7) Seven days of purchase for a full refund.
